The winery "San Giovenale," belonging to Emanuele Pangrazi, was founded in 2006 and has always focused on the cultivation of what are three of the most widespread varieties of the French Rhone valley: grenache, syrah and carignan grapes, to which the cabernet franc variety has been added for a few years. Municipality of Blera, in the province of Viterbo, in the locality of "La Macchia" on stony soils with a clay mixture, in a dry and temperate microclimate, mitigated by breezes coming from the sea, vines are grown according to organic farming standards.

High-quality, concentrated grapes arrive at the winery only after careful selection at harvest time, and are processed in premises designed in a totally sustainable manner, so you see garden roofs, ventilated roofs and walls with an innovative temperature control system that uses geothermal heat. Wine of absolute merit, which, not surprisingly, punctually receives the highest accolades from industry critics every year.

Habemus is a powerful and very rich wine, the yields are very low on the plant so as to concentrate aromas and extracts in a few fruits, harvested when fully ripe, all able to provide a generous and well delineated aromatic contribution.

One of the best Italian reds according to the guides, it was ranked 5th in the Gentleman 2022 guide for the 2019 vintage.
