ORDERS MODALITIES

LUXURY WINE COLLECTION orders are delivered every day from 8:00 to 20:00. Worldwide shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the items chosen. All delivery information, tax and duty details, and shipping destination will be displayed in the shopping cart. Bottles will be shipped in certified packaging to ensure safety. All packages will be delivered by an International Courier Specialized in the delivery of Wines and Champagne in the world, with variable times depending on the final destinations.

TAXES AND DUTIES

In the purchase order is already included the cost of taxes and duties, so upon receipt of the goods is not due any other commission. For the orders placed within the European Union, LUXURY WINE COLLECTION will make the declaration of import charges and clearance.

TRACEABILITY OF THE ORDER

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail containing all the details of your purchase. Our operators will interface directly with you to accommodate all your requests. For any information write us to info@LUXURYWINE.STORE. The shipment will be made within 24 hours from the date of order for products available for immediate delivery. As soon as the package is delivered to a Specialized International Courier, such as UPS - IWS - TNT - BRT, begins its telematic traceability and is estimated accordingly the day of arrival. You can follow the progress of the delivery, thanks to our communications that we will send you by email.

You will be followed by the International Team of LUXURY WINE COLLECTION from the beginning of the order to the delivery of the product.
